We found out the other day that our "expedited" luggage will take up to 45 days to arrive...  This is in comparison to the rest of our household goods that will arrive in 60 days.  Something seems wrong with the math of "expedited" meaning it gets there only 15 days earlier.  Don't get me wrong we are very grateful to have the opportunity to move overseas, but when we both like to know all of the details and to be very organized this process has been very frustrating.  As a side note, no airplane tickets yet...  Those should show up tomorrow.  Well off to grab something to eat and then to pack my suitcase.

Nelson Wedding

We had such a wonderful week with my Mama!  I was so glad she could come out and visit before we head out!  Tough to see her catch the plane back to PA, but we're looking forward to seeing her on Skype soon.

This weekend we attended a beautiful wedding for our friends Jordan and Heather!  You can check out the photocs of Brandon, me, and Dick in our photo gallery.  Those boys sure do clean up well, don't they?!

Brandon's youngest brother, Steven, came out for Stromboli this afternoon.  It was so nice to get the chance to hang out again!

It's a Wonderful Weekend!

..or is that "Life"?  hehehe

We spent this weekend with Brandon's friends (I am working on claiming them as my friends!) dress shopping (we're in Ana and Jesse's wedding this September) and watching sci-fi.  A wonderful weekend!  The girls found their dresses (Ana's is gorgeous!!!) on Saturday and in the evening Jesse, Ana, Dick, and the two of us went to Upstream for dinner.  The restaurant was having their 5th anniversary, so Ana and I got our faces painted.  Yes, I know, but it was fun!  And we're still trying to get the glitter out of our apartment.  Persistent stuff!  hehehe
